Where It All Began

I was drawn to massage in 2020. I had just had my son and was seeing a physical therapist for my postpartum recovery. My pt would teach me and assign different massage techniques for my c-section scar. This opened a new world for me. She taught me how to care for myself in a new way. This led me to wanting to provide care for others and be part of folks’ healing journey. I am thankful for my physical therapist and my son for teaching me that I need to fill my cup first.

I attended the Massage Therapy program at the Santa Fe Community College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I completed the 650 hour program in the summer of 2023. This program covered Swedish, Chair, Thai, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal Massage. Since becoming licensed, I have been working at a spa in Santa Fe.

I have continued taking classes through my spa job. Some of the classes being body scrubs, Ayurvedic hair treatments, and Reflexology.

In 2025, I completed the 400 hour Thai Massage program at the Santa Fe Community College. This program covered Ethics, History, Cupping, Herbal Compress Balls, tools, and I completed my clinic hours in a communal environment.
